pre-paid label and a return address. Once your package is received, we will process your refund in up to 15 business days.

Return Procedure and Terms
1. Your returned product must have a Sensica Return Authorization Number . A return will not be accepted without prior authorization.
2. Returns should be mailed prepaid to: Sensica Inc. C/O A2B Fulfillment Inc. 150 Stewart Parkway, Greensboro, GA 30642, USA. Phone 650-561-4800 EXT 3.
3. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a handling charge will be charged.
4. In order to avoid damage in shipment, please make sure that the device is carefully packed (it is best to return it with its original Sensica box)
5. Devices that are returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit per Sensica’s judgment.
6. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged product.
7. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.
8. Devices that are returned beyond the guaranty period will not be returned to the customer, unless requested by the customer, and the customer agrees to pay a Re-Shipment Fee.

Note: Sensica recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Please note that by not following these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
At Sensica, we strongly believe in product quality and every Sensica device is subject to rigorous testing for quality and performance.
Our limited 12-month warranty (The limited warranty begins on the date of the purchase and expires one year later) covers defects in materials or workmanship of your Sensica device. The warranty covers only Sensica devices. Other Sensica products such as pads or creams are defined as consumables and therefore excluded from warranty coverage.
This 12-month warranty covers manufacturer defect-related problems in your Sensica device.
