Return Procedure and Terms 1. Your returned product must have a Sensica Return Authorization Number. A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. 2. Returns should be mailed prepaid (no collect returns accepted) to: Sensica Returns, PO Box 724, WA15 5BJ, Altrincham, UK. 3. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a handling charge will be charged. 4. In order to avoid damage in shipment, please make sure that the device is carefully packed (it is best to return it with its original Sensica box). Please be sure to include ALL of the items in your return, even if opened. 5. Devices that are returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit per Sensica’s judgment. 6. Refund does not include postage costs for the return of the product, but will include applicable taxes paid by customer, if any. 7. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged product. 8. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit. 9. Devices that are returned beyond the guaranty period will not be returned to the customer, unless requested by the customer, and the customer agrees to pay a Re-Shipment Fee.
